The Short Break Carers Information Service provides information on opportunities for carers to take a short break from their caring role, including grant funding and other useful resources. Information is also available for practitioners in statutory, third and private sector organisations to raise awareness of the service, enabling them to build capacity and ensure the carers they support have access to short break opportunities.
Lanarkshire Carers Centre has been awarded funding to provide flexible breaks for carers as part of the range of services and support that is currently offered to carers in Lanarkshire.Find Out More
